Something Old, Something New

Aaron WOOD

Artist Statement

Aaron is a local 413 artist that enjoys making all things retro. He is inspired by Art Deco of the 20s/30s, the 1930s/40s art of the WPA, and even the aesthetics of 1940s/50s cartoons. He mainly works digitally, but has been trying his hand at lino cut printmaking lately in an effort to get back to making non-digital art again. When he's not creating art, he's probably playing a board game or teaching people to play Dungeons & Dragons
